Record is distinctly patchy. Better signs when third at Chepstow in November but labouring in rear when falling at Hereford since.
Low-mileage maiden who posted improved form when second in handicap hurdle at Ayr last March, Better effort over fences this term when fifth of 14 at Hereford 28 days ago.
Bumper/dual hurdles winner who has been well beaten in 2 chases here this season.
Hurdles winner at Carlisle in 2019. Placed 3 times over fences since but his 2 efforts this season haven't been up to much. Bounce back needed.
Fair ex-French maiden hurdler. No impact in 19f Huntingdon handicap hurdle on yard debut and now goes chasing over a much longer trip. Would need to see market support to consider.
Winning pointer who made it third time lucky over fences in 21f course handicap in November. Travelled well long way when fourth in 23f Uttoxeter hurdle since and much respected back chasing.
Has yet to get seriously competitive for this yard, including beaten 26 lengths into third on Taunton chase debut in December. Needs more.
Won a pair of handicap hurdles last season but heavy defeats all 4 starts back this term, including on chase bow 12 days ago.
Back to form when fourth of 17 over C&D in November and he was better than being pulled up suggests (made most until home turn) at Lingfield since. Claims on that C&D form.
Point winner who left previous Rules form well behind when landing C&D handicap in November. Has failed to complete twice since so not one for maximum faith but should play a part with a clear round.
Off the mark over hurdles at Worcester (20f) in July and placed twice over fences this winter. Latest Taunton run was poor, though.
Won handicap hurdles here and at Wincanton last season. Best run over fences this time round when fourth of 14 at Hereford 4 weeks ago. Claims if she can build on that.
Course winner (19.5f) from 7 lb higher mark back in June but record more miss than hit since, finishing a well held sixth over 2m here latest. Goes significantly up in trip with blinkers added.
Remains a maiden after 18 starts. Step back in the right direction when second off reduced mark at Lingfield in December but only seventh at Hereford since.
Off the mark over fences at Newton Abbot (25f) in June and back to winning ways under an attacking ride at Bangor (17f) in December. Respectable third back at Bangor last time.
Seemingly much improved when third over C&D from 22 lb out of the handicap last month. Effectively 7 lb lower here so he's a contender if that form is taken at face value.
Has offered very little over hurdles and it remains to be seen if a switch to fences improves matters.

Brooksway Fair (11/2), Kestrel Valley (6/1), Son Of Oz (13/2), Powerful Position (15/2), Give Us A Swig (15/2), Kotki (10/1), Hang Tough (11/1), Gold Clermont (11/1), Mr Katanga (12/1), Kingston King (12/1), Jurys Out (14/1), Hatchet Jack (16/1), No Quarter Asked (16/1), Rockhamtom (25/1), Sam Haze (50/1), Osca Loca (50/1), Judge Earle (66/1), Pour Une Raison (66/1)
Course scorer BROOKSWAY FAIR has the potential for better back over fences so he's the suggestion in this big-field handicap. Powerful Position will be a threat if cutting out the jumping errors which have held him back since his C&D success in November. Kestrel Valley and Son of Oz are also on the shortlist.
- BROOKSWAY FAIR (IRE)
- POWERFUL POSITION (IRE)
- KESTREL VALLEY
