5/2, career best when winning 8-runner novice hurdle at Ffos Las (20f, heavy) 40 days ago. Much respected under his 7 lb penalty.
C&D winner who failed to get home upped to 3m when eighth of 16 in handicap at Ascot 38 days ago. Reliable sort who holds very good claims now back to his optimum trip.
Winner of bumper at Exeter for Colin Tizzard.but off 11 months since only ninth at Newbury in similar compan. Goes hurdling for new yard and well worth considering.
Encouraging second of 14 in novice at Uttoxeter (19.9f, soft, 14/1) on hurdles bow 39 days ago. May do better still, so he's one for the shortlist.
Fairly useful maiden. 16/5, creditable third of 11 in novice hurdle at Chepstow (16f, soft) 19 days ago, running on. Up in trip and in the picture.
Best effort when patiently-ridden fifth of 13 in novice hurdle (100/1) at Wetherby (16f, soft) 10 days ago. Up in trip, and sort to do better.
11/4, fifth of 12 in bumper at Wetherby (16f, heavy) on NH debut 18 days ago, running on. Makes hurdles debut and not discounted with his stamina drawn out more here.
Twelfth of 15 in bumper (100/1) at Chepstow on NH debut 52 days ago. Makes hurdles debut but others are preferred.
Fairly useful Flat winner for Sir Mark Prescott. Off over 2 years though so his fitness is a big concern on his hurdling bow.
Fairly useful form when placed in bumpers but looked in need of the experience when sixth of 7 in novice at Haydock (15.6f, heavy) on his hurdles bow 26 days ago. Open to improvement.

Forecasts
Go Steady (2/1), Extraordinary Man (9/4), Bowtogreatness (9/2), Bold Soldier (15/2), Autonomous Cloud (17/2), Greenrock Abbey (12/1), Imperial Hurricane (14/1), Matchmaking (40/1), Urban Grit (50/1), Fishing For Likes (150/1), Maskia (200/1)
GO STEADY found the step up to 3m beyond him at Ascot but holds the edge on form here and can bounce back now reverted to the scene of his last win. Bowtogreatness showed a good attitude when scoring at Ffos Las and is feared most despite saddling a 7 lb penalty. Chepstow third Extraordinary Man and newcomer Autonomous Cloud both merit plenty of respect too in an intriguing novice.
- GO STEADY
- BOWTOGREATNESS (IRE)
- EXTRAORDINARY MAN (FR)
