Completed a 5-timer over hurdles last term and he scored readily on his chasing debut in 3m Kelso novice handicap. Poor third in Haydock handicap since but he's worth another chance.

Useful hurdler for Stuart Edmunds who belied a 22-month absence when landing 3m handicap at Haydock. Has another lengthy absence to overcome now and this is no easy chasing introduction too.

Forecasts

Broken Halo (9/4), Fantastikas (5/2), Queenohearts (9/2), Hold That Taught (9/2), Midnight River (5/1), Colonial Dreams (11/1), Bushypark (16/1)

Verdict

BROKEN HALO looked a young chaser going places when scoring impressively at Exeter and is taken to follow up in this more exacting company. Colonial Dreams is late to fences but showed enough when runner-up at Newbury to make his mark here. Hold That Taught can't be discounted either now he reverts to a more suitable trip.

  1. BROKEN HALO
  2. COLONIAL DREAMS (IRE)
  3. HOLD THAT TAUGHT
