Off the mark in steadily-run maiden at Chepstow (19.4f) in November. Disappointing on handicap debut at Ascot (23.5f) next time but this is easier down in trip. Should bounce back and go well.

Has shown more than enough over hurdles at up to 3m in Ireland to suggest he can win races. Worth a look for new yard after 87 days off.

Showed a bit more on second run over hurdles in C&D event last month, threatening early in the straight before fading. Could have more to offer.

Fairly useful/reliable stayer on the Flat (shaped as if still in good form over extreme trip latest start in July). Has the ability to figure if taking to the game for new yard.

Verdict

It's easy to put a line through YOUNG BUTLER's poor showing at Ascot and he'd looked promising previously, winning at Chepstow. He can get back on the up in these calmer waters and defy a penalty for his in-form yard. Tigerten was a really likeable sort on the level for Joseph Tuite and could figure if taking to the game. Aikenbreakinheart also has a shout for his new yard.
