Galileo Silver^b¹⁹

Age: 7| Weight: 11-12| J: Jack Tudor⁽³⁾| T: S Thomas| OR: 124| C

7/2

Surpassed hurdles form over fences this term, winning brace of 5-runner contests last month by 27 lengths. Revised mark may not prevent the hat-trick.

Form: 13-4711

The King Of May^p¹⁶

Age: 8| Weight: 11-11| J: B S Hughes| T: B Ellison| OR: 123| C

9/2

Won twice over fences in a light 2019/20 campaign. More miss than hit since, a breathing operation failing to prompt an upturn in fortunes at Kelso 16 days ago.

Form: 250-464

Dr Sanderson³⁵

Age: 8| Weight: 11-10| J: R P McLernon| T: B Haslam| OR: 122| D

10/3

Formerly useful chaser for Paul Nicholls who has cashed in on lowly marks on his last 2 starts, supplementing his Ayr win at Doncaster in gritty fashion a month ago. Retains scope from 5 lb higher.

Form: 874811

Ashutor^p,t²³

Age: 8| Weight: 11-10| J: Lorcan Williams| T: Mrs S Leech| OR: 122| D

16/1

Justified cramped odds in a couple of small-field handicap chases in summer 2020 for Paul Nicholls. Haven't seen enough both starts for Sophie Leech to make him of interest. Up in trip.

Form: 2955-P5

Road Warrior^p,t¹⁹

Age: 8| Weight: 11-9| J: Henry Brooke| T: R Menzies| OR: 121| CD

5/2

Racked up a hat-trick during early part of 2021 and ended year with another success over C&D 19 days ago, finding extra. 4 lb rise won't prevent another bold bid.

Form: 11-4931

Commis D'Office³⁴

Age: 10| Weight: 11-5| J: Charlie Deutsch| T: Miss V Williams| OR: 117

9/1

Ended last season on a winning note, seeing off 5 rivals in 2m Southwell handicap chase. Disappointing return to action at Doncaster but he may leave that effort behind.

Form: P4/241-6

Hideo¹⁸

Age: 5| Weight: 10-10| J: Emma Smith-Chaston⁽⁷⁾| T: Micky Hammond| OR: 114

20/1

Fairly useful maiden over hurdles/fences in France. Changed hands for €10,000 but didn't show a great deal at Wetherby 18 days ago.

Form: 233-384

Forecasts

Road Warrior (5/2), Dr Sanderson (10/3), Galileo Silver (7/2), The King Of May (9/2), Commis D'Office (9/1), Ashutor (16/1), Hideo (20/1)

GALILEO SILVER outclassed the opposition in a brace of small-field handicaps last month and a 9 lb rise for Huntingdon may not prevent the hat-trick. Dr Sanderson has also won his last two and has to be feared, with Road Warrior also of interest.
