Useful novice who won twice last term and back to best when runner-up at Lingfield 2 weeks ago. Respected now going chasing.
Dual Grade 2 winning hurdler. Failed to score last season and didn't jump well switched to fences at Uttoxeter on reappearance 4 weeks ago, but he could take a step forward from that.
Low mileage and in contention when falling 3 out in handicap hurdle at Newbury on return. Again let down by jumping when taking a heavy fall at Taunton so not an ideal preparation ahead of chase bow.
Useful form when winning a brace of bumpers and won a novice at Sandown from 3 runs over hurdles last season. Big improvement when close second at Chepstow on chase bow/return before falling at Ascot.
Placed in a point and showed ability in a maiden hurdle/bumper in Ireland for Terence O'Brien. Shaped as if needing run at Ascot on yard debut/return. Up against it on chase bow.
Won 3 times in novice company last season and shaped well when fourth of 9 on her Chepstow reappearance. Not in the same form both starts since, however, including on chase bow latest (made mistakes).
Point/bumper winner who made it 3-4 over hurdles on handicap bow at Punchestown in May and offered plenty to work on sent chasing when second at Exeter on return. Will improve.

Forecasts
Red Rookie (11/8), Calico (3/1), Call Me Lord (4/1), Pure Bliss (13/2), Galice Macalo (18/1), Soldier Of Destiny (28/1), Osprey Call (28/1)
RED ROOKIE showed big improvement when going close on his chase bow at Chepstow and he might well have given the winner something to think about had he not tipped up at Ascot 18 days ago. He can make amends at the main expense of Pure Bliss, who showed herself to be a useful hurdler when winning at Punchestown in the spring and offered plenty to work on sent chasing at Exeter on return.

- PURE BLISS
- CALL ME LORD (FR)
