Useful chaser in France, successful 4 times over fences (latest last January). Failed to land a blow on both starts for this yard but has been dropped 13 lb for those efforts so can't be ignored.
Latest win in chase at Fontwell in February and he hit the ground running on reappearance after 8 months off when runner-up over C&D in November. Career-high mark to contend with but respected.
Stout stayer who got up late on in a 29f Cartmel veterans' event in May. Well beaten in a deeper race at Cheltenham on return but ended up running creditably in Borders National since. Trip a worry.
Scored over C&D in February and made a pleasing return to action when third of 8 (14/1) at Bangor (24f, heavy) 22 days ago. Every chance he can build on that effort here.
Relished step up to 3m for the first time when opening hurdles account in maiden company at Doncaster in 13 months ago. Runner-up on chase bow/reappearance 6 weeks ago so rates a likely improver.
Progressive form over hurdles last term, opening his account in a 19.7f Wetherby novice prior to shaping best at the weights at Carlisle. Made little impact on chase bow/return so others preferred.
Successful from 1 lb higher mark over hurdles at Ascot last winter. Lost way thereafter but firmly back on track when second on chase bow in November. Latest effort easily excused so can get involved.
Dual chase winner who ran well on the back of 6 months off when third over C&D in November. Held back by jumping when well held at Plumpton since so improved showing needed for him to figure.
Struggled for form over hurdles early last year but showed her first form over fences returned to handicap company when runner-up here (19.2f) 16 days ago. 4 lb out of weights but not discounted.

Forecasts
Laskalin (7/2), Tea Time On Mars (7/2), Samuel Jackson (9/2), Le Milos (15/2), Flowing Cadenza (15/2), Henry Gondoff (10/1), Tide Times (11/1), Gosheven (12/1), Dawson City (25/1)
LASKALIN is yet to show much in a couple of starts for Venetia Williams, but he won 3 times over fences in France so he can get his act together here and notch a first win on these shores sneaking into this 0-130 contest. Gosheven needed the experience when runner-up on his chase debut over C&D 6 weeks ago so he's feared most with improvement on the cards, ahead of Tide Times.
