Verdict

An open contest in which MC'TED just gets the nod. He's ran well without winning on the all-weather in handicaps and it could be the case that the extra two furlongs brings out some improvement today. Engrave has a good record over C&D and is feared. Mulberry Silk is a lightly-raced filly from a leading yard so can't be ruled out either.
