Completed hat-trick with authority at Uttoxeter in August 2020, drawing clear. Had breathing op prior to handicap debut 8 months later and was a shade disappointing. Returns for in-form yard, though.
Consistent hurdler who was runner-up on next 4 starts since scoring at Ayr in January 2020. Possibly needed the run on April's return but since moved yards. Has ground conditions to suit.
Fairly useful hurdler and chaser for Y.Fourin in France, successful twice over the larger obstacles in what was a busy 2020/21. Interesting to see what new yard can do with him.
Promising start over hurdles in Britain, winning at Market Rasen in February. Not up to the Fred Winter at Cheltenham thereafter but this more suitable on return up in trip after wind op.
Much better sent hurdling up in trip this year, winning in the mud at Ludlow (21.2f) and Carlisle. Jumped poorly on handicap debut in March but in top hands and should have more to offer. Headgear on.
Showed first form when off the mark in a Fairyhouse maiden (20f) in March, quickening to lead and doing it comfortably. Acquired for £23,000 and runner-up in a novice at Warwick, but mark looks stiff.
Left David Pipe after two runs in bumpers and enjoyed plenty of success in France for Mlle Louisa Carberry, running to a useful level over fences. Off track over 2 years but warrants a market check.
Fairly useful form over hurdles, winning 4-y-o event at Dieppe (by 8 lengths from Homer) in 2020/21. Off the track16 months after and low-key stable debut at Carlisle but this will reveal a lot more.
Fairly useful handicap hurdler at his best for Nigel Twiston-Davies, but has offered little in a trio of outings for current yard. Tongue tie back on.
Hexham scorer who wasn't disgraced when fourth in handicap hurdle at Newcastle (2m) in February. Has won off a break before but did shape as though in need of the run on October's reappearance.

A competitive finale but there's surely scope from GOOBINATOR's hurdles mark given his Flat exploits this year and he is selected to atone for a mishap when a warm favourite at Bangor 3 weeks ago. Enemy Coast Ahead is interesting on reappearance for an in-form yard, with Osprey Call, another faller last time, completing the shortlist.
- GOOBINATOR (USA)
- ENEMY COAST AHEAD
- OSPREY CALL (IRE)
