Successful in sole point before taking 3 novice hurdles earlier in the year. Shaped well after 8 months off on his debut over fences when seventh in 20f Carlisle handicap, so well worth a second look.

Fortunate to take 2m Hexham handicap chase in May, although only lost out on the nod at Bangor next time. Needs to hit the ground running after nearly 6 months off though.

Made it 2-5 over hurdles in 18f handicap at Kelso in April. Made encouraging return when third in 20f handicap here on his chasing bow. Can't be discounted despite being 2 lb out of the handicap.

Forecasts

Dreams Of Home (11/8), Royal Arcade (7/2), Fete Champetre (9/2), Dubai Days (15/2), Bollingerandkrug (15/2), Kalaharry (20/1)

A case can be made for all of these, but it's well worth giving another chance to FETE CHAMPETRE who was shaping up well on his first race over fences until running out at the last and can race off just 1 lb higher mark. Dreams of Home seems sure to build on his own encouraging first run in this sphere at Carlisle and is feared most, although Bollingerandkrug and Royal Arcade merit respect too.
