20/1

Took well to chasing last season, winning twice over 20f before failing to stay 25f in the Ultima at Cheltenham (lost shoe). Suspect he may come on for this, while softer ground would be preferred.

3/1

Grade 1 novice winner over fences who was placed again in the Old Roan at Aintree on his return last month, responding well to fitting of cheekpieces. Taking on a couple of promising 6-y-os here.

8/13

One of last season's leading novice hurdlers and made an impressive start over fences at Newton Abbot (21f) last month. Brimming with potential and should prove very hard to beat.

5/1

Useful hurdler and quickly even better over fences, finishing alone at Wetherby before finding just Fiddlerontheroof too good at Carlisle. Will be winning more races in this sphere.

Form: 112-212

Forecasts

Bravemansgame (8/13), Itchy Feet (3/1), Pay The Piper (5/1), Alnadam (20/1)

BRAVEMANSGAME produced an impeccable round of jumping when making the perfect start over fences at Newton Abbot and looks destined for the top. He can see off Pay The Piper, who should win plenty more races himself in this sphere.
