Winner of Tommy Whittle at Haydock (heavy) and Eider at Newcastle (soft) last season. Unsaeated early in Scottish National final start. Will need a really smart effort to defy top weight on return.
Rowland Meyrick winner last Christmas. In frame in strong handicaps at Doncaster next 2 starts. Fell halfway in Grand National final outing. Contender if ready to roll on return.
Good third to Canelo in Rowland Meyrick at Wetherby (3m) last December. Unable to reproduce that in 2 subsequent starts last season but good record fresh provides hope for return.
Came good at the third time of asking over fences at Southwell in February. Recorded a couple of creditable efforts in competitive handicaps in the spring. Not discounted on return.
Won at 2019 Cheltenham Festival. Good fifth in Ladbrokes at Newbury on last year's reappearance but his 3 subsequent efforts last season were disappointing. Needs a change of yard to perk him up.
Produced best effort yet when narrowly outpointing Regal Encore at Ascot in February but he offered little on his recent reappearance at that venue.
Veteran now but he showed he's still a useful chaser when sixth in the Grand National in April. Has certainly been given a chance by the handicapper ahead of reappearance. Could go well.
Absent since a below-par run at Warwick in February 2020 but he returns off a much lower mark and this one-time smart chaser is worth keeping an eye on in betting for yard with good record in this.
Took well to fences last season, including splitting Canelo and Windsor Avenue in Rowland Meyrick at Wetherby. Also good fourth in Natrional Hunt Chase at Cheltenham Festival. Considered.
Winning pointer/hurdler who quickly made up into a useful chaser last term, winning in mud at Hereford and Sandown. Disappointed final start but no surprise were he to kick on again in 2021/22.
Scored in a veterans' event at Haydock last December. Not at best at Carlisle when last seen in March but he has dropped back to that last successful mark ahead of reappearance.
All-the-way winner of a mares' novice chase on reappearance last season. Solid second over 3½m at Ffos Las on her final start and respected on her return to action.
Useful chaser with a good record when fresh. Handicapper might have been generous dropping him 4 lb after his final outing last season. Much respected.
Positive start for this yard when winning 9-runner handicap chase at Uttoxeter in May and better effort after when good third to Francky Du Berlais there later that month. Respected back from a break.

Forecasts
Snow Leopardess (5/1), Captain Tommy (5/1), Falco Blitz (6/1), Eclair Surf (13/2), Legends Gold (7/1), Belami Des Pictons (7/1), Bobo Mac (10/1), Windsor Avenue (12/1), Canelo (14/1), Blaklion (18/1), Beware The Bear (18/1), Sam's Adventure (40/1), Captain Chaos (80/1), Late Romantic (125/1)
BOBO MAC shaped pretty well in the Welsh National off 5 lb higher last season so might be worth siding with, particularly as he has a good record when fresh in recent campaigns. Legends Gold and Snow Leopardess are others who could go well, while the returning Belami des Pictons needs a betting check given Venetia Williams has won this race 3 times since 2012.
- BOBO MAC (IRE)
- LEGENDS GOLD (IRE)
- SNOW LEOPARDESS
