Cigarettesnalcohol¹⁰

Age: 5| Weight: 10-12| J: James Best| T: R Spencer

250/1

Related to a bumper winner but didn't show much both starts in that sphere at he beginning of 2021 and similarly well held on return/hurdles bow at Fakenham in October.

Form: 69-5

Hillcrest²²⁸

Age: 6| Weight: 10-12| J: R Patrick| T: H D Daly

11/4

Cost €190,000 as a 3-y-o and confirmed bumper debut promise when landing 9-runner Wetherby contest in March, finding plenty despite still looking raw. Very interesting hurdles prospect.

Form: 21-

Limetree Boy

Age: 5| Weight: 10-12| J: T Scudamore| T: J & A O'Neill

16/1

Shirocco brother to fairly useful hurdler Joseph Conrad (2m winner), and half-brother to bumper winner Derrygereen Girl. Makes appeal on paper for in-form yard, so worth a check in betting for clues.

Form:

Mucho Mas²³⁷

Age: 5| Weight: 10-12| J: Kielan Woods| T: B Pauling

10/1

Overcame inexperience to make winning bumper debut at WIncanton (15.3f) last December. Pulled up sharply at Warwick in March but he remains an interesting prospect now hurdling on return.

Form: 1P-

No Word Of A Lie¹⁷

Age: 5| Weight: 10-12| J: G Sheehan| T: O Signy

7/2

Fairly useful in bumpers and definite promise (shaped like a stayer) when runner-up in a Fontwell maiden hurdle (19.2f) on return last month. Likely improver for all further may suit in due course.

Form: 422-2

Our Jet³⁷⁷

Age: 5| Weight: 10-12| J: Harry Skelton| T: D Skelton

7/2

Jet Away gelding out of a dam who was placed in points. Third sole outing in Irish points (Oct 2020) and he's worthy of close market scruitny on Rules/hurdles bow (stable won this 12 months ago).

Form: 3-

Tigerbythetail²¹⁶

Age: 5| Weight: 10-12| J: Aidan Coleman| T: O Murphy| BF

11/4

£105,000 Yeats gelding. Half-brother to smart hurdler Roksana and useful hurdler Robin Roe. Only greenness prevented him from making a winning start in a Market Rasen bumper in April. Nice prospect.

Form: 2-

Non-Runners

San Giovanni³⁴⁴

Weight: 10-12| Age: 5

Forecasts

Hillcrest (11/4), Tigerbythetail (11/4), Our Jet (7/2), No Word Of A Lie (7/2), Mucho Mas (10/1), San Giovanni (10/1), Limetree Boy (16/1), Cigarettesnalcohol (250/1)

HILLCREST confirmed the promise of his bumper debut effort when scoring at Warwck in the spring, finding plenty to lead near the finish despite still looking very raw. A most exciting prospect now his attentions are switched to timber, he gets the nod to come out on top. Tigerbythetail, who shaped promisingly in a Market Rasen bumper in the spring, and No Word Of A Lie are others to consider.
