Shut The Box^p¹⁸⁶

Age: 7| Weight: 11-11| J: J E Moore| T: C Gordon| OR: 121

7/2

Fairly useful winning hurdler who opened his account over fences at Newbury in March. Pulled up at Kempton when last seen 6 months ago but that may have been no more than a blip.

Form: 23241-P

On The Wild Side^t1²⁷

Age: 8| Weight: 11-10| J: Sam Twiston-Davies| T: Dr R D P Newland| OR: 120

7/2

Dual 2m winner over hurdles who posted solid eighth in 2m4f handicap at Newbury on final outing last season. Useated on chasing debut recently but worth another chance with tongue strap on.

Form: 16/118-U

Age: 6| Weight: 11-9| J: Lorcan Murtagh⁽³⁾| T: S Curran| OR: 119

11/2

Gained second win over fences at Leicester in March but hasn't fired since, including on reappearance in handicap at Worcester. Might strip fitter for that.

Form: 441F4-7

Storm Rising⁷⁸

Age: 8| Weight: 11-2| J: James Best| T: R C Harper| OR: 112

33/1

Fairly useful hurdler at his best who resumed winning ways in a Fakenham handicap (2m) in May. Still, his efforts in this sphere for new yard have been underwhelming.

Form: 31224P

Cilaos Glace¹⁹⁷

Age: 8| Weight: 11-0| J: James Bowen| T: O Sherwood| OR: 110| CD

2/1

Won twice over hurdles in spring 2019 but has just one solid effort (second at Wetherby on return) to his name over fences. Plenty to prove after 6 months off.

Form: UP/2770-

Forecasts

Cilaos Glace (2/1), Shut The Box (7/2), On The Wild Side (7/2), Doukarov (11/2), Dame du Soir (6/1), Storm Rising (33/1)

ON THE WILD SIDE is still unexposed and was quite well fancied prior to unseating on chasing debut at Hexham last month, so he's worth another chance to prove himself better than a mark of 120 in this sphere. Shut The Box is likely to be back on his game, so he's considered on reappearance, while Dame du Soir is no forlorn hope.
