Fairly useful hurdler who scored in a jumpers bumpers in January. Well held on both starts over fences (probably needed the outing in August) and he's entitled to do better in this sphere.

Hard to win with and possibly needed the run after 5 months off when well held at this C&D (good to firm) 26 days ago. Drops a further 3 lb and should be much closer to form here.

Dual chase winner (at up to 21f) who proved expensive to follow off his slipping mark last season. Down another 4 lb and interesting to see if the market support arrives again on comeback.

Fair winning hurdler who matched that form when an encouraging third in a handicap at Worcester on his first go at chasing. Shaped similarly next time and is one for the shortlist on reappearance.

Multiple winner between the flags and stepped on from his Rules debut when making all at Hexham back in May. Moves into handicap company here and any market supported should be noted.

Useful chaser at his best but below par in three runs last term. Came close to ending a lengthy losing run at Fontwell back in May and although he's not getting any younger, he's not to be dismissed.

Made a positive start to chasing for this stable and under an attacking ride, didn't have to improve much to open his account in this sphere after 6 months off over C&D 26 days ago. Player up 5 lb.

Back to form with blinkers refitted in January, making all at Fontwell prior to finding just one too good at Exeter (24.2f, heavy) 5 days later. Merits respect after 9 months off the track.

Remained in good heart for all she couldn't complete the hat-trick when third of 9 in handicap chase (9/4) at Worcester (23f, good to soft) back in May. Each-way claims if fully tuned up on return.

Stepped up from yard debut in first-time blinkers to get off the mark under Rules at this course (26.2f, heavy, 25/1) back in February, finding plenty to lead near finish. One to keep an eye on.

Forecasts

On Call (10/3), Frisco Bay (5/1), Galileo Silver (11/2), Dr Kananga (7/1), Eceparti (7/1), Smuggler's Blues (8/1), Newlands Cross (12/1), Ballybreen (14/1), Cushuish (18/1), Dark Flame (22/1), Primal Focus (50/1)

Verdict

A host in with chances but the vote goes to FRISCO BAY. Jonjo O'Neill's charge matched his fair hurdles form in a couple of starts over fences back in May and, provided he's ready to roll on reappearance, he's taken to strike with Kevin Brogan taking off a valuable 3 lb. On Call opened his account over C&D last month so he's feared most up 5 lb, ahead of Galileo Silver and Eceparti.

  2. ON CALL (IRE)
  3. GALILEO SILVER (IRE)
