Fairly useful hurdler who bounced back from a tame chase debut at Southwell when runner-up over 3m here in a first-time visor (retained) 18 days ago. Thereabouts with a repeat.
Came good at the third time of asking over hurdles in 19.5f Bangor maiden in January. Ex-pointer so likely to take to chasing and this longer trip could suit. Interesting for last year's winning yard.
Point winner who landed 2½m maiden hurdle at Southwell in March. Sound return when 9 lengths third in Newton Abbot handicap hurdle last month but he'll need to improve for fences to defy this mark.
Bit in and out over hurdles but he did run well when second in a 23f Uttoxeter handicap when last seen in April. This former point runner-up goes chasing for the first time on his return.
Won Newton Abbot handicap hurdle on only his second start for this yard and good second off this mark back there since. Not most fluent jumper of fences but he is well treated on his best chase form.
Placed in a point and promise in maiden hurdles for Denis Hickey in Ireland, but he's yet to get going for this yard, including finishing a well-held fifth on his Uttoxeter chase debut 23 days ago.

Rebecca Curtis won this race last year so it's perhaps worth chancing PENNYFORAPOUND, who looked promising when winning a maiden hurdle in January and a point success at the start of his career provides hope that he'll do well over fences. Aye Aye Charlie has been in good form over hurdles for Christian Williams and could pose the main threat if he can keep the errors down.
