Best effort when second in 3m1f Cartmel hunter on chase debut in June. Has looked limited otherwise, though, and was let down by his jumping at Bangor back in this sphere a couple of months ago.
Early days with this yard and he showed improved form to get off the mark at Perth (20.1f, good to soft) 24 days ago. Remains relatively unexposed for these connections so expected to be in the mix.
Finally off the mark when winning at Southwell in July 2019 and having suffered an X-rated fall at Market Rasen in August, he returned to form from out of the blue to score at Uttoxeter 13 days ago.
Disappointing since 2019 and offered nothing on yard debut last month. However he did show some ability remains last time but will need to step forward again to feature. Blinkers back on.
Unreliable individual who has been badly out of sorts since finishing second at Uttoxeter last October. Remains easy to oppose.
In good form since equipped with cheekpieces, deservedly getting his head back in front at Chepstow (19.4f) in April and fourth at Warwick in May. Rare poor effort 3 weeks later so must bounce back.
Well held in 3 runs over hurdles in late 2020 and given a considerate introduction to chasing after 4 months off at Southwell in April. Makes handicap debut for new yard and should progress.
Took another big step forward when second at Uttoxeter (23f) when back in May and shaped as if needing the outing at Hexham earlier this month. Switches back over fences and wouldn't dismiss.
Winning Irish pointer who achieved a fair level of form over hurdles. Record distinctly mixed over fences (pulled up 5 out of 8 starts) so probably best to look elsewhere despite a tumbling mark.
Poor handicap chaser who again from 6 lb out of the weights, merely underlined his inconsistency when pulled up at Market Rasen 3 weeks ago. Percentage call is to look elsewhere.

Forecasts
Rebel Leader (2/1), Movethechains (4/1), Mariners Moon (9/2), Cheer's Delboy (9/1), Orchestrated (10/1), Lough Salt (10/1), Larcadio (11/1), O'Grady's Boy (22/1), Fact Flow (33/1), L'Es Fremantle (50/1)
The vote goes to REBEL LEADER, who had been shaping up well in novice events prior to belatedly getting off the mark in open company at Perth last month. He's still relatively unexposed for these connections and this contest may not take much winning. The main threat could be Mariners Moon, who took advantage of his reduced mark to score at Uttoxeter 13 days ago, ahead of Movethechains.
