Age: 7| Weight: 11-7| J: P J Brennan| T: F O'Brien| OR: 131| C

2/1

Useful bumper winner who was also successful twice over hurdles last season. Won a maiden point at the start of his career but an opening mark of 131 is tough enough on face of things.

Form: 223P01-

Lord Accord^t¹⁵³

Age: 6| Weight: 11-6| J: R Patrick| T: N P Mulholland| OR: 130| C

5/1

Did well in handicap hurdles in the spring, finishing second at Ayr's Scottish National meeting before going one better over 23f here in May. Useful chase prospect.

Form: 1U762-1

Aquila Sky^t¹⁸²

Age: 6| Weight: 11-4| J: Alan Johns| T: S Allwood| OR: 128

14/1

Improved for the step up to 3m when landing handicap hurdles at Doncaster and Ayr (Lord Accord length behind in second) in the spring. Another who could play a part.

Form: 337411-

Supremely Lucky^p²¹

Age: 9| Weight: 11-4| J: J J Burke| T: C E Longsdon| OR: 128| C

14/1

Useful winning hurdler/maiden chaser for Dan Skelton. Off 5 months, below form fourth of 5 in Worcester novice handicap chase on yard debut 3 weeks ago but he may come on for the run.

Form: 31232-4

No Comment^t³²

Age: 10| Weight: 11-1| J: T J O'Brien| T: P Hobbs & J White| OR: 125

8/1

Still without a victory over fences. Did finish second of 5 at Worcester last time but he's probably still worth opposing for win purposes again.

Form: 9-72242

Dog Of War^t¹²⁷

Age: 7| Weight: 11-0| J: Harry Skelton| T: D Skelton| OR: 124| C

4/1

Failed to win over hurdles but different story over fences, making it 3 wins from 4 starts when seeing off 3 rivals here (3m) in June. Up 6 lb in better race but further progress can't be ruled out.

Form: 3811-21

Forecasts

Ask A Honey Bee (2/1), Dog Of War (4/1), Kiltealy Briggs (9/2), Lord Accord (5/1), No Comment (8/1), Aquila Sky (14/1), Supremely Lucky (14/1)

KILTEALY BRIGGS failed to win in his first season over fences but there were some creditable efforts along the way, including in a Cheltenham Festival handicap, and he can put his experience to good use and strike on his reappearance. Dog of War hasn't looked back since switching to fences so rates an obvious danger, while Lord Accord and Aquila Sky are interesting chase recruits.
