Red Missile^p¹⁷

Age: 4| Weight: 11-4| J: D R Fox| T: Miss Lucinda V Russell| OR: 113| C

9/2

Fairly useful winner on Flat and bettered his juvenile form to come out on top in 7-runner novice here (16.2f) 17 days ago, but it looked unlikely for much of the way. Up in trip for handicap bow.

Form: 3357-1

Dalileo^p¹⁷

Age: 6| Weight: 11-3| J: Shane Fenelon⁽⁷⁾| T: J J Hanlon| OR: 109| CD

9/2

Recorded a first win over jumps when landing 5-runner handicap over C&D (good, 5/1) 17 days ago, driven clear and well on top at finish. 5 lb higher mark may not be enough to prevent the follow up.

Form: 0-36471

No Logic^p,t¹⁶

Age: 5| Weight: 10-11| J: S Bowen| T: J C McConnell| OR: 103| BF

6/1

Unreliable sort who possibly found the race coming too soon when seventh of 16 in handicap hurdle at Galway (21.4f) 16 days ago. Seemed to have turned a corner prior to that run so may bounce back.

Form: 0-U7267

Calliope⁷

Age: 8| Weight: 10-9| J: Danny McMenamin| T: Mrs Dianne Sayer| OR: 101| BF| C

5/2

Likeable mare who got off the mark for the season at Cartmel in August. Respectable third back down in trip at Kelso last week and will continue to give a good account.

Form: 32-2313

Hidden Commander¹⁷⁵

Age: 6| Weight: 10-8| J: Thomas Dowson| T: P A Kirby| OR: 100

11/1

Minor promise to glean from trio of exploits in novice hurdles but assessor took no chances with opening mark and no impact in handicaps last 3 starts. Back from a break.

Form: 046P66-

Forecasts

Calliope (5/2), Goa Lil (10/3), Dalileo (9/2), Red Missile (9/2), No Logic (6/1), Hidden Commander (11/1)

DALILEO was nicely on top at the finish when opening his account in this sphere over C&D 17 days ago so a 5-lb rise may not be enough to prevent the follow up. Calliope is a likeable, consistent type so should give her backers a good run for their money.
