Still looked in need of the experience when fourth of 16 in 7f maiden at York 19 days ago. Royal Lodge entry who should progress further stepped up to 1m now.
8/1, encouraging fourth of 5 in minor event at Yarmouth (7f, firm) on debut 10 days ago. Likely to improve, but he needs to if he's to figure here.
Built on debut fourth when third of 7 in 1m maiden (13/2) at Goodwood 10 days ago. A bit more is required if he's to open his account.
10/3, promising debut fourth of 6 in minor event at Newmarket (7f, good) 12 days ago. Tongue strap on now, and open to a fair bit of progress given his excellent pedigree.
82,000 gns foal, £100,000 yearling, Churchill colt. Closely related to 1m winner Amorously and 5f winner Union Park Gal. Plenty to like on paper and yard can ready them. Much respected newcomer.
Siyouni colt. Half-brother to smart 6f winner Ajaya and very smart winner up to 1½m Extra Elusive. Dam unraced. Appeals on paper and in good hands too. Considered.
Frankel colt. Brother to top-class 12f winner Cracksman and half-brother to 2 other winners. Dam 7.6f-9f winner. Hails from top yard and really catches the eye on pedigree. Most interesting debutant.
Muhaarar colt. Half-brother to smart 1½m winner Almighwar. Bred to be no back number and in excellent hands. Yard also have Frantastic in here so market should prove a good indicator.
50,000 gns yearling, Kitten's Joy colt. Dam US Grade 3 winner up to 11f. With leading yard and pedigree suggests he's worth a market check. Stable also run Capital Theory.

Forecasts
Frantastic (5/4), Capital Theory (5/1), Tangled Words (6/1), Shut Up Michael (6/1), Israr (8/1), Shabbab (10/1), Chef De Partie (11/1), Beaches (12/1), Treble Joy (33/1), Savvy Victory (66/1)
The market should reveal plenty but the Gosden's FRANTASTIC is a brother to the stable's top-class Cracksman no less and taken to make a winning start. Mark Johhnston's Royal Lodge entry Capital Theory will benefit from this step up to 1m and rates the pick of those with experience, while another Gosden debutant Israar needs considering too, especially if the betting speaks in his favour.
- FRANTASTIC
- CAPITAL THEORY
- ISRAR
