Soldier On Parade^b1,t¹⁴

Age: 4| Weight: 11-7| J: J M Quinlan| T: Miss A Murphy| OR: 115

17/2

Form: 68P-545

Socks Off¹²

Age: 4| Weight: 11-4| J: K Brogan⁽⁵⁾| T: A Keatley| OR: 112

9/2

Fair bumper winner. Underwhelming stint on the Flat but back on track over hurdles, shaping quite well until stamina gave way having pulled hard over 23f on handicap debut 12 days ago.

Form: 155-324

Kajaki¹²

Age: 8| Weight: 11-3| J: Danny McMenamin| T: N G Richards| OR: 107| C

5/1

Losing run stretches back nearly 3 years and he looked none too keen at Perth recently. Others more persuasive with usual headgear omitted.

Form: 42-4348

Authorizo^b1,t¹⁰

Age: 6| Weight: 11-1| J: Henry Brooke| T: O Greenall & J Guerriero| OR: 105| C

5/1

In resurgent form this spring, scoring over hurdles and going in again over fences at Stratford in June. Reportedly lame when pulled up at Cartmel and was never going at Bangor. Back over timber.

Form: 2151P8

The Blame Game^p⁸⁵

Age: 7| Weight: 11-0| J: B S Hughes| T: J Ewart| OR: 104| CD

3/1

Sedgefield novice winner in September and twice placed in handicap company since, including when third in first-time blinkers at Cartmel (22.1f) in June. Claims if coping with drop back in trip.

Form: 1024-73

Forecasts

The Blame Game (3/1), Beach Break (10/3), Socks Off (9/2), Kajaki (5/1), Authorizo (5/1), Soldier On Parade (17/2)

There should be more to come from SOCKS OFF in handicaps and with this drop back in trip in his favour, he's an appealing candidate with a good-value conditional another plus. The Blame Game is second choice given the stamina doubts surrounding Soldier On Parade.
