Roger Varian's SAINT LAWRENCE looked better than ever when second in a Group 3 at Ascot in April and has been given a break since a lacklustre effort back in May (cheekpieces worn there now discarded), so he could be the answer to a tricky puzzle. Albasheer's sixth in the Dewhurst has to be respected, but he's been off 10 months. Jumby is progressive and not discounted.
