5/2

Gained a long overdue first win starting out for new yard in 20f Uttoxeter maiden hurdle last month, leading dying strides under this rider. Big player under a penalty if building on that.

Well held in Warwick bumper and Market Rasen maiden hurdle. Looks one for the longer term.

Form: 0-6

Fairlawn Flyer³⁴

Age: 5| Weight: 11-0| J: James Bowen| T: P & M Bowen

66/1

Behind both starts in bumpers, hinting at temperament on debut (in hood/tongue strap). Hard to fancy on hurdles bow.

Form: 6-7

Get Up Them Steps⁵⁵

Age: 7| Weight: 11-0| J: Nick Scholfield| T: J G M O'Shea| OR: 111

11/2

Fair bumper winner who ran easily his best race over hurdles when second at Newton Abbot (21.6f, soft) 8 weeks ago. Every chance if he can build on that.

Form: 451/F-92

Zulu Dawn⁵⁹⁷

Age: 7| Weight: 11-0| J: Kielan Woods| T: D Killahena & G McPherson| BF

7/2

Fairly useful in bumpers, and fair form over hurdles in 2 runs at the end of 2019, unseating 2 out when still in with a squeak at Catterick when last seen 19 months ago. Has a chance if ready to roll.

Form: 4555U/

First Street^h1⁴²

Age: 4| Weight: 10-10| J: N de Boinville| T: N J Henderson| BF

13/8

Has made an encouraging start in messy bumpers 9 weeks apart and no surprise if he does better now hurdling fitted with hood.

Forecasts

First Street (13/8), Zafar (5/2), Zulu Dawn (7/2), Get Up Them Steps (11/2), Master Of Spin (12/1), Fairlawn Flyer (66/1), Alpine Rock (100/1), Duneomeno (250/1)

FIRST STREET has made an encouraging start in bumpers and is chanced to make a winning debut over hurdles for Nicky Henderson. Zafar belatedly opened his account at Uttoxeter starting out for a new yard last month and is a player if backing that up under a penalty. Get Up Them Steps and Zulu Dawn aren't discounted, either.
