Let go for just £4,500 as a 3-y-o and he offered very little when last of 5 in a Redcar seller (10f) in July. Easy enough to pass over here.

Promise only start in Ireland as a 2-y-o and stepped up to make a winning yard debut in a C&D maiden last month, asserting close home. Highly likely she can progress further.

Well held sole start for Stuart Williams last summer but did show a bit more when third in a Lingfield minor event (7f) in July, running on late. Still, she looks one for low-grade handicaps.

Muhaarar gelding. Dam, unraced, closely related to smart 5f-7f winner Hajoum and half-sister to smart 5f winner Swiss Lake. Yard continue to go well and the market should prove a good guide.

Maxios colt out of a 7f winner who stayed 9f. Showed fair form when midfield in 9-runner Thirsk minor event (1m) in April. Gelded and absent subsequently and he may yet have more to offer.

Charm Spirit gelding who offered little in a pair of AW minor events at up to 1m during the second half of last year. Type his yard will do better with when handicapping.

€80,000 yearling, Style Vendome filly. 7.5f-1¼m winner El Churqui and closely related to 10.5f/11.5f winner Missillac. Interesting newcomer and market support would need to be viewed positively.

Timeform
Shalaa filly who was slowly in to stride and never figured when eleventh of 12 in a Thirsk novice (1m) in June. Can only be watched on the back of that here.

Forecasts

Alpha Cru (7/5), Maxios Show (10/3), Gaerwen (9/2), Madame Glitters (13/2), Broughtons Mission (7/1), Williewinamillion (28/1), Regina George (80/1), Gold Ring (100/1)

Verdict

The market may prove useful with ALPHA CRU and newcomer Madame Glitters both representing the David O'Meara stable. However, the former looked promising when landing a C&D maiden last month and could be the way to go with the prospect of more to come. Gaerwen and Maxios Show are others worth a second look also.

  1. ALPHA CRU (IRE)
  2. MADAME GLITTERS (FR)
  3. GAERWEN
