15/2, good second of 9 in handicap at this C&D 20 days ago. Reproduction of that effort would put him firmly in the picture with top apprentice Ray Dawson in the hot-seat.
25/1, 1¾ lengths third of 12 to Twentysharesofgrey in handicap at this C&D 10 days ago, caught further back than ideal. One to be interested in on the back of that encouraging display.
11/2 and blinkered for 1st time, sixth of 9 in handicap at Brighton (6f, good to soft) 34 days ago, slowly away. Makes tapeta debut and minor place money may be the best she can hope for.
50/1, twelfth of 16 in handicap at Thirsk (7f, good to firm) 40 days ago. Connections now roll the dice with blinkers and the new headgear will need to have a positive effect if she's to take this.
22/1 and hooded for 1st time cheekpieces on for 1st time, career best when winning 12-runner handicap at this C&D 10 days ago, slowly away. Each-way shout, but more needed in order to follow up.
4/1, respectable fifth of 9 in handicap at Chepstow (10f, firm) 49 days ago. Back down in trip on this tapeta debut and first run for yard after leaving Clive Cox. Place possibilities.
Thrice-raced maiden. Sixth of 13 in maiden at this course (6.1f, 50/1). Off 168 days ahead of this handicap debut, but opening mark fair enough and she's well worth a second look.
Lightly-raced maiden. 80/1, fifth of 9 in handicap at Leicester (8.2f, good) 12 days ago. Makes tapeta debut and looks set for another struggle.
250/1, respectable fifth of 9 in handicap at this C&D 20 days ago. Needs a couple of these to falter if she's to play a leading role here.
50/1, eighth of 13 in minor event at Yarmouth (6f, good) 45 days ago, missing break. Hard to warm to.

Forecasts
Tommytwohoots (11/8), Chase That Dream (16/5), Twentysharesofgrey (11/2), Favourite Niece (9/1), The Chain (11/1), Sky Blue Thinking (14/1), Western Music (16/1), Golden Cluster (50/1), Dilly Rosa (66/1), Bay Beret (100/1)
The vote goes to CHASE THAT DREAM, who belatedly showed something akin to the promise of his 2-y-o debut when third in the C&D handicap won by Twentysharesofgrey. He did well under the circumstances on that occasion and, granted better luck this time, should reverse the placings with the winner. Tommytwohoots looks a threat with Ray Dawson booked and Western Music is a potential improver.
