Gained a deserved first win in 5f York novice 10 days ago, staying on well from off strong pace under this rider. Probably going to need more again under penalty to see off an on-song Vertiginous.

Well backed but proved green when second on debut at Bath. Left that form well behind when fifth in Queen Mary at Royal Ascot and obvious claims on that form 7 weeks on.

Forecasts

Vertiginous (5/6), Silken Petals (6/5), Reem Zabeel (25/1), Bask In Glory (25/1), Jen's Gift (40/1)

Verdict

VERTIGINOUS left her debut form well behind when running a cracker in the Queen Mary and has obvious claims on that form with the red-hot Buick up. York-winner Silken Petals could pounce if the selection fails to deliver, although Reem Zabeel and Bask In Glory are interesting newcomers to keep an eye on.

  2. SILKEN PETALS
  3. REEM ZABEEL (IRE)
