Has won't won for a while but mostly creditable efforts for Roger Fell this term and interesting now setting out for George Boughey with Hollie Doyle doing the steering.

Ghost Rider¹⁶

Age: 3| Weight: 9-7| J: P J McDonald| T: C & M Johnston| OR: 84

40/1

Dual winner on AW at the beginning of the year but has failed to beat a rival in turf handicaps on his last 2 starts. Something to prove for now.

(5)

Ranchero⁶⁹

Age: 3| Weight: 9-3| J: James Doyle| T: J & T Gosden| OR: 80| D

11/8

Off the mark at the third time of asking when making all in heavy-ground 1m Nottingham novice in May. That form been boosted by the runner-up since so an opening mark of 80 looks manageable.

Form: 221

(4)

Bonnyrigg³⁰

Age: 3| Weight: 9-1| J: David Probert| T: A M Balding| OR: 78| BF| C| D

10/3

Successful in 1m Brighton handicap in May. Hasn't built on that when twice fifth in 7f handicaps since but perhaps he can resume his progression back at 1m.

Form: 96-3155

(2)

Eevilynn Drew¹⁵

Age: 4| Weight: 8-10| J: P Cosgrave| T: R Eddery| OR: 65| BF

4/1

Arrives on the back of creditable placed efforts on his last 3 starts, including over C&D. No reason why he won't give his running once again.

Form: 05-0333

Forecasts

Ranchero (11/8), Bonnyrigg (10/3), Anythingtoday (7/2), Eevilynn Drew (4/1), Ghost Rider (40/1)

There's a good chance RANCHERO hasn't reached his limit after only 3 starts so he's fancied to make a winning handicap debut, perhaps at the main expense of Anythingtoday, who has his first outing for new handler George Boughey.
