Silver Samurai^h³⁴

Age: 4| Weight: 9-10| J: Tom Marquand| T: M Botti| OR: 87| D

11/4

Gelded during the winter and benefited from fitting of a hood/being delivered late when winning readily at Doncaster (7f) last month. Rates a likely player once more.

Marly⁶

Age: 4| Weight: 9-7| J: Laura Pearson⁽⁵⁾| T: J Ryan| OR: 84

10/3

Fairly useful filly who, without her usual headgear ran below form when third behind Lalania in a C&D event 6 days ago.

Form: 704543

(3)

Quick Breath²³

Age: 6| Weight: 9-1| J: Tyler Saunders⁽⁵⁾| T: J G Portman| OR: 78| BF| D

10/1

Added to his AW record at Kempton (7f) in June and performed with credit to hit the frame both starts around that venue since. Effective on turf and possibilities once more.

Form: 5-47123

(4)

Extrodinair^p¹⁴

Age: 6| Weight: 9-0| J: Robert Tart| T: Jane Chapple-Hyam| OR: 77| CD

4/1

Arrives on a roll, landing handicaps at Chelmsford/over C&D in recent weeks, latterly cashing in off much lower turf mark. 7 lb rise shouldn't prevent another good showing.

Form: 700811

(6)

Top Secret^h²⁰

Age: 4| Weight: 8-13| J: R Havlin| T: W Muir & C Grassick| OR: 76| D

3/1

Plenty of decent efforts in defeat for Clive Cox and confirmed more positive signs for new yard when narrow winner at Ascot (7f) 3 weeks ago. 4 lb rise looks fair.

Form: 336-741

(2)

Harbour Vision^p²³

Age: 6| Weight: 8-10| J: David Egan| T: D H Brown| OR: 73| D

12/1

Successful twice upon joining this yard last summer, impressive at Chelmsford (7f) in September. Efforts mixed this time around, disappointing at Kempton (7f) earlier this month.

Form: 5-85847

Forecasts

Silver Samurai (11/4), Top Secret (3/1), Marly (10/3), Extrodinair (4/1), Lalania (5/1), Quick Breath (10/1), Harbour Vision (12/1)

SILVER SAMURAI seemed to benefit from the fitting of a hood/being delivered late when getting on top close home at Doncaster recently, winning readily. The manner of that victory suggests he can be competitive again from his inflated mark and he earns the vote to follow up. Top Secret and Extrodinair are others to consider.
