Proved a different proposition from debut after 7 months off when off the mark in 1m Ayr maiden on return. Couldn't defy a penalty at Nottingham, but may do better now tackling handicaps up in trip.

Won first 2 starts in handicaps and has held her form well since, finding only Wink of An Eye too good at Sandown (10f) last time. Can make presence felt.

Wink Of An Eye (11/4), Ziggy (4/1), Something Enticing (5/1), Scampi (13/2), Barn Owl (8/1), Marching Army (10/1), Bill Peyto (10/1), General Lee (12/1), State Of Bliss (14/1), Tribal Art (14/1), Champagne Piaff (40/1), Mickydee (40/1), Amy Beach (40/1), Vina Bay (50/1)

Verdict

WINK OF AN EYE is improving in leaps and bounds so he's well worth siding with to complete the 4-timer. There are plenty of credible rivals though, not least his old rival Something Enticing, who seems sure to go well again, while handicap-debutant Marching Army and the fast-improving Ziggy are others to note.

  1. WINK OF AN EYE
  2. SOMETHING ENTICING (IRE)
  3. MARCHING ARMY
