Maiden hunter chase winner here in 2019 and 3-times runner-up back at this track since, including over C&D 7 weeks ago. Needs considering given record here.
Runner-up 3 times from last 5 starts, including when having a couple of subsequent winners in behind at Hexham 6 weeks ago. Respected.
Winning hurdler/chaser who posted her best effort for a while when fifth here on penultimate start. Failed to repeat that effort next time and now switches back over fences with cheekpieces applied.
Modest hurdler who has an uninspiring profile and is seemingly going the wrong way, only seventh in handicap hurdle at this track 7 weeks ago. Makes chase debut but easy to look elsewhere.
Second in a Chepstow hunter chase in April and ran much better than last month's stable debut when fourth at Uttoxeter 11 days ago. More needed to notch a first victory.
Far more bad efforts than good ones since opening chase account at Musselburgh back in February 2019, and it's easy enough to look elsewhere, even in a first-time tongue tie.
Potentially well treated but hard to make a case for based on his hunter exploits for Freya Brewer earlier this year and no better both starts for this yard.
Made more of an impact off reduced mark over hurdles last 2 starts but recent record over fences is less convincing.
Just the one respectable effort since joining this yard and others preferred despite tumbling mark.
Has been kept busy since regaining the winning thread at Sedgefield in November, struggling for the most part. Respectable efforts last 3 starts, but he's not one to rely on so others preferred.
Maiden pointer who went very close from just out of the weights back in a handicap at Hexham (24.2f, good to soft) 5 weeks ago, edged out close home. Player if building on that.
Poor maiden hurdler/chaser who is easily passed over from out of the weights.

ABSOLUTELY DYLAN hasn't scored for a while, but recent efforts suggest that could be about to change after filling the runner-up position 3 times from his last 5 starts. With useful conditional Thomas Willmott taking off a valuable 5 lb, he can regain the winning thread. This step up in trip should suit Astute Boy so he heads up the dangers, ahead of Dee Star and Blackjacktennessee.
