All 3 wins on AW but is fully effective on turf (close second at York off this mark last summer). Latest Windsor fourth was no more than respectable, though.

Progressive filly who got off mark in 1¼m heavy-ground handicap at Newbury in October. Good third at Newmarket on return and should have more to offer over this longer trip. Faster ground an unknown.

Bath debut winner and not beaten far in 1m Pontefract listed final 2-y-o start. This season's 2 runs in handicaps have been disappointing but horses from this yard and can bounce back out of blue.

Forecasts

End Result (2/1), Roseabad (5/2), Quenelle D'or (10/3), Pearl Beach (6/1), Sweet Celebration (15/2)

Verdict

It's getting to that stage of the year where 3-y-os tend to rule the roost over older horses in handicaps so QUENELLE D'OR might be worth siding with. Hugo Palmer's filly wasn't up to listed company last time but retains potential with her sights lowered. Likely fast ground is an unknown for End Result but she is going the right way and promises to be suited by 1½m so may provide the main threat.

  1. QUENELLE D'OR
  2. END RESULT
  3. ROSEABAD (IRE)
