Fair handicap hurdler but was pulled up after a breathing operation at Southwell when last seen in December.
Revived back in headgear when 6-runner handicap chase at Market Rasen (23.9f, good to firm) 52 days ago, holding on gamely. That was a weak race, however, so more needed now back over hurdles.
Bounced back to form after 8 weeks off when runner-up in 23f handicap at Worcester (23f, good to soft) 20 days ago. Should remain competitive.
Fairly useful hurdler/chaser at best but held back by his attitude both starts last season.
Fair hurdler for Paul Nicholls. Well below form in Hereford maiden on sole outing for Stuart Kittow last season, but has since transferred to Dan Skelton. Market useful.
Fair handicap hurdler, winning 3 times in 2018, but not seen under Rules since offering something to work on in a chase here in September 2019.
Unreliable type who ran out a wide-margin winner of Chepstow handicap chase in April. Couldn’t confirm that form at Ffos Las but still ran creditably. Back hurdling now.
Showed the benefit of a recent run when posting a good second in handicap hurdle at this course (25f, good to soft, 15/2) 7 days ago, clear of rest. Another good run seems on the cards.
Modest form over hurdles, standout effort when third in novice at Chepstow on debut. Brought down second on Plumpton chasing debut 17 days ago and attentions now quickly returned to hurdling.
Ran no sort of race in first-time blinkers when pulled up in handicap hurdle at Fontwell (21.8f, good, 28/1) 21 days ago. Plenty to prove.
Remains a maiden after 16 NH runs, jumping none too fluently and never travelling well when pulled up at Southwell last week. Easy to look elsewhere.

Forecasts
Sartene's Son (10/11), Iron Port (11/4), Samtara (11/2), Starsky (6/1), Eureu Du Boulay (10/1), Wind Tor (12/1), Lex Talionis (12/1), Three Ways (20/1), Bomber's Moon (25/1), Laugharne (25/1), The Caller (33/1), Catch The Cuban (50/1), Royal Hall (66/1)
SARTENE'S SON pulled a good way clear of the rest when runner-up here last week, so makes obvious appeal from the same mark. Samtara should remain competitive now he's back on track again, with Starsky also of interest making his debut for Dan Skelton.
