No Authority

Age: 5| Weight: 11-0| J: Alex Edwards⁽³⁾| T: Mrs M Rowley

11/4

€35,000 3-y-o, Doyen gelding. Half-brother to useful hurdler/fairly useful chaser River Maigue and modest hurdler Herculies. Yard going well and interesting to see how he shapes up in the betting.

Stony Man³⁸

Age: 5| Weight: 11-0| J: Harry Skelton| T: G Hanmer

6/1

Placed on last of 3 starts in Irish points and fair form in bumpers. Looks vulnerable in this, however.

Form: 4/P3634-

Kincardine

Age: 4| Weight: 10-8| J: N de Boinville| T: N J Henderson

13/8

Kayf Tara gelding. Half-brother to fairly useful hurdler Steal A March. Dam bumper winner. Of obvious interest on debut for red-hot yard.

Form:

Massimo

Age: 4| Weight: 10-8| J: Megan Nicholls| T: P F Nicholls

7/2

Kingston Hill gelding. Dam unraced half-sister to useful hurdler (stayed 3m) Hollow Tree. Makes plenty of appeal on paper for leading stable.

Form:

Kazontherazz³²

Age: 5| Weight: 10-7| J: James Best| T: M Keighley

17/2

Good third on debut here and back on track when second at Worcester last month. Probably has one of these in her, but comes up against some appealing newcomers now.

Form: 392-

Forecasts

Kincardine (13/8), No Authority (11/4), Massimo (7/2), Stony Man (6/1), Kazontherazz (17/2)

It's easy to be drawn to KINCARDINE and Massimo, both appealing young newcomers representing top stables. Nicky Henderson is enjoying a tremendous run and his Kincardine is out of a bumper winner for connections, so he gets the vote before market clues. Kazontherazz sets a fair standard if that pair can't fire on debut, though support for No Authority first time up would be interesting.
