J Gaye¹⁴⁴

Age: 5| Weight: 11-0| J: Daniel Hiskett⁽³⁾| T: R T Phillips

5/1

Fairly useful maiden on Flat (stays 1¾m) with signs of temperament. Goes hurdling in a thin race and could figure.

Form:

Miss Bamby¹⁸

Age: 6| Weight: 11-0| J: Stan Sheppard| T: J Mackie

50/1

Showed more second time up over hurdles at Uttoxeter (2m) recently and suspect there are races in her.

Form: 096-3

Present Storm³¹

Age: 5| Weight: 11-0| J: B S Hughes| T: C E Longsdon| OR: 88

10/1

Well beaten in maiden hurdles in Ireland but won a point last month and worth a look starting out for in-form yard.

Form: 709R1-

Subway Surf^t¹⁶

Age: 7| Weight: 11-0| J: David Bass| T: K Bailey & M Nicholls| OR: 112| BF| D

4/11

Dual-bumper scorer who confirmed her return to form when second at Warwick (2m), no match for potentially useful winner. Should get the job done in a thin maiden.

Form: 25/552-2

Soramond¹⁷⁵

12/1

Fair 1¼m winner on Flat but became disappointing in 2020 and sold from Ed Dunlop 3,000 gns in December. Work to do on hurdles bow.

Forecasts

Subway Surf (4/11), J Gaye (5/1), Present Storm (10/1), Soramond (12/1), Brooklyn Belle (40/1), Miss Bamby (50/1), Annie Moore (50/1)

SUBWAY SURF again ran well behind a potentially useful winner at Warwick last time and it will be disappointing if she can't get the job done in a pretty thin maiden. Present Storm starts out for Charlie Longsdon on the back of a point win and could yet build on her initial efforts over hurdles in Ireland. J Gaye is also interesting.
