Progressed rapidly as 3-y-o and took his form up a notch when impressively landing Rosebery Handicap at Kempton on return. Needs to take another big step forward here but by no means ruled out.

Gained reward for a string of consistent efforts last season when landing a Group 3 at Goodwood. Likely to give a good another account of himself on his return despite eight-month absence.

Made up into a very smart 3-y-o last term, landing King Edward VII at Royal Ascot and York's Great Voltigeur. Also good third in the St Leger. Holds very solid claims with ground conditions to suit.

Very smart in 2019, 2nd in St Leger. Off 19 months before ready winner of 1m6f listed race at Nottingham last month. Drops back in trip now but still very much one for the shortlist.

Last year's Dante winner at York but he disappointed on his first run since in Gordon Richard Stakes at Sandown last week. Should appreciate this step up in trip though and could easily bounce back.

PYLEDRIVER enjoyed an excellent 2020 and is fancied to make a winning return under ground conditions that suit him very well. Al Zaraqaan takes a big step up in class but William Haggas' fast-improving colt shouldn't be underestimated. Mark Johnston saddles two and his Sir Ron Priestley appeals as the pick of the pair.
