Front-runner who has taken really well to fences, winning Henry VIII at Sandown and Kingmaker at Warwick. Went too hard in Arkle at Cheltenham and should find it a bit easier to boss these rivals.
|
Useful hurdler and quickly made into an even better chaser, winning 2m Wincanton novice handicap and 20.5f Kempton Grade 2. Likely has more to come and should go well.
|
Useful hurdler who confirmed chase debut promise when landing 2m graduation event at Carlisle in November. Resumed winning ways at Catterick (19f) 3 starts later but likely vulnerable here.
|
Useful chaser who landed Wetherby novice and Newcastle handicap (both 2m) this winter. Showed enough to suggest he's still in top form when close third in jumpers bumper in January. Capable of better.

Forecasts
Allmankind (11/10), Tamaroc Du Mathan (13/8), Malystic (7/1), Whoshotthesheriff (14/1)
ALLMANKIND got taken on for the lead in the Arkle but there's a good chance he'll be able to dominate in this field and he can land a third graded win of an excellent first season over fences. Tamaroc du Mathan is another who has already tasted success at this level and he can give Dan Skelton's charge most to do.
- ALLMANKIND
- TAMAROC DU MATHAN (FR)
- MALYSTIC
