Won Grade 2 hurdle at Haydock prior to excellent third in the Morebattle at Kelso. Made very hard work of landing cramped odds at Newbury last time, but circumstances were far from ideal.

Verdict

WITNESS PROTECTION failed to get home in the Coral Cup at the Cheltenham Festival, but he's worth another chance now returning to novice company given how well his Chepstow win has worked out. Torn And Frayed has upped his game recently and commands respect, as do Faivoir and Tamar Bridge in an interesting race.
