Off time: 16:53 | Winning time: 6m 41.50s

Aimee De Sivola³⁰

Age: 7| Weight: 12-0| J: Harry Cobden| T: Nick Williams| OR: 122

11/4

Hasn't had much racing this season and was back to form in no uncertain terms when second at Ludlow a month ago. Should give another good account with Harry Cobden taking over.

Form: 353-842

Mr Clarkson^t,v1¹⁹

Age: 9| Weight: 11-12| J: Jonjo O'Neill Jr.| T: D Pipe| OR: 120

15/2

Fairly useful winning hurdler last season but has struggled for form over both sets of obstacles this term. Visored for the first time with Jonjo O'Neill booked.

Form: 5U0957

Winter Getaway^p¹⁰

Age: 8| Weight: 11-7| J: R Johnson| T: P Hobbs & J White| OR: 115

7/1

Dual hurdles winner who, having not convinced over fences during second half of last year, has returned to form back in this sphere lately. Solid claims from a good mark.

Form: 343P62

Glentrool²¹

Age: 8| Weight: 11-6| J: Jordan Nailor⁽³⁾| T: S Thomas| OR: 114

9/4

Lightly raced since winning a bumper in 2018 but improved again when second in a novice at Hereford on just his third hurdling outing 3 weeks ago. Opening mark looks fair and he has more potential.

Form: 317P/72

Flying Verse^p,t¹⁶⁵

Age: 9| Weight: 11-6| J: R Patrick| T: M Sheppard| OR: 114| CD

14/1

Fairly useful from over fences for Tom Symonds last year but below form when last seen in October. Might strip fitter for this return to hurdling.

Form: 2225U5

Pinson Du Rheu^t¹⁴

Age: 10| Weight: 11-5| J: James Best| T: Alexandra Dunn| OR: 113

125/1

Fairly useful jumper at up to 23f in France, but no form or new connections this season. Steps up markedly in trip, now.

Form: F2-FPP7

Pauls Hill^p²¹

Age: 9| Weight: 11-4| J: Alan Johns| T: R Potter| OR: 112| D

50/1

Novice hurdle winner who didn't kick on over fences for Fergal O'Brien during 2018/19 campaign and, after a spell in points, has started poorly for current stable.

Form: 34-P8P0

Milrow^p,t¹⁹

Age: 8| Weight: 10-10| J: Lorcan Williams⁽³⁾| T: Mrs S Leech| OR: 104

13/2

Fairly useful hurdler at best but not much encouragement returning from a long absence at Stratford 19 days ago. Something to prove.

Form: 207/56-9

Gang Warfare^p¹¹

Age: 10| Weight: 10-9| J: Ben Jones⁽³⁾| T: Alexandra Dunn| OR: 103

11/1

Unreliable sort who arrives on the back of a poor showing, so others are more appealing.

Form: PP-2620

Non-Runners

Eleanor Bob⁴⁵

Weight: 11-4| Age: 6

T: Miss V Williams J: R T Dunne

Forecasts

Glentrool (9/4), Aimee De Sivola (11/4), Eleanor Bob (6/1), Milrow (13/2), Winter Getaway (7/1), Mr Clarkson (15/2), Gang Warfare (11/1), Flying Verse (14/1), Pauls Hill (50/1), Pinson Du Rheu (125/1)

GLENTROOL is lightly raced and the type to do better still now handicapping, so he gets the nod ahead of Aimee de Sivola and Winter Getaway, who are both on appealing marks and have returned to form recently.
