Three of his 4 victories have been registered here, including a 15.6f handicap chase (heavy) when last seen in December. 6 lb rise fair enough, but slower ground would be preferable.
Winner of sole start between the flags, but has gone in the wrong direction subsequent to an encouraging Rules debut back in June 2019.
Returned to form from out of the blue to score at Sedgefield (19.3f) in November. Form has nosedived since, though, and he makes limited appeal, for all that the handicapper has been merciful.
Hurdles winner at Tipperary last summer, but no significant impact in 4 outings for new yard this season and questions to answer now.
Well below par on each of his 4 starts since returning from a lengthy absence in December, looking increasingly temperamental in the process.
Well held in 3 novice hurdles this winter and recent chase debut here was anything but encouraging. Yard saddles a far more appealing candidate in Casimir Du Clos.
Improved from out of the blue when landing a big-field Chepstow handicap chase (19.4f, good to soft) 10 days ago. Every chance under a penalty here if able to build on that.

Forecasts
Maasai Warrior (13/8), Orioninverness (4/1), Casimir Du Clos (9/2), Too Wise Man (5/1), Iskabeg Lane (5/1), To The Limit (6/1), Knocknamona (14/1), The Reaping Race (16/1), Muroor (18/1)
With question marks surrounding the majority of these for one reason or another, MAASAI WARRIOR looks the way to go following his recent Chepstow success. Given that he was 5 lb 'wrong' at the weights there, he's pretty well treated under a penalty. Unless the weather deviates from the forecast, Casimir Du Clos will probably find conditions too lively, leaving Orioninverness as the main danger.
