Fortunate winner of 7-runner maiden hurdle at Leicester (20.5f) in 2018 but proved disappointing both starts thereafter during 2019. Almost certainly needed October's return for new yard.
Back to forcing tactics and he stopped the slide when finding only one too good at Doncaster at the beginning of this month. Well treated from same mark if able to back that up.
Justified strong support to land a 9-runner handicap chase here for the second year running in December. Heavy ground perhaps to blame for a heavy defat later that month. Off since.
Useful hurdler/chaser in his pomp but has offered little encouragement so far this term.
Has shown clear ability in a couple of his qualifying runs and this longer trip promises to suit now handicapping. One of the more interesting runners.
Promising debut fourth in mares’ novice hurdle for Nicky Henderson in November 2019 but little to shout about in a trio of runs for current stable.
Lost his way over hurdles in Ireland in 2019 but back on track for new yard and gained breakthrough win at Exeter in November. Good second at Warwick next time but hasn't looked straightforward since.
Won sole start in Irish points. Well held in 3 hurdles outings but handicaps likely where he will flourish. Up in distance with a tongue tie fitted.
Runner-up from 2 lb higher in December 2018. Left Charlie Longsdon cheaply and has failed to win a point in more recent times, so has a fair bit to prove.
Losing run dates back to 2016 and has been pulled up the last twice.
Showed a bit in her 3 qualifying runs but has made a low-key start to life in handicaps. Cheekpieces need to perk her up.
Very hard to win with and never a factor on November return from a long time off. 3 lb out of the weights.
Dual winner up to 25f over fences for Noel Meade in 2016. Record distinctly mixed thereafter, however, and has offered little in 5 outings for new connections. 9 lb out of the handicap.
Little form of worth.

The Knot Is Tied (6/4), Frankincense (9/2), Kilbrew Boy (11/2), Jennys Day (7/1), Getaway Cory (12/1), Three Ways (16/1), Powerful Position (20/1), City Flame (25/1), Madam Deluxe (33/1), Chez Hans (33/1), Eros (50/1), Catchin Time (125/1), Thestopperdunne (150/1), On Raglan Road (150/1), Tiger Sam (250/1)
GETAWAY CORY was noted finishing with running left in a novice at this venue last month and appeals as the type to improve for this longer trip now handicapping. As a result he is marginally preferred to The Knot Is Tied, who is more exposed but his runner-up effort at Doncaster is a persuasive piece of form at this level. Powerful Position is another likely to progress now allotted a mark.
