(1)

Caribeno^v¹¹

Age: 4| Weight: 9-12| J: Morgan Cole⁽⁵⁾| T: Sir Mark Prescott| OR: 80| C| D

4/5

Typical improver in handicaps for yard, completing 4-timer over 2m at Newcastle 11 days ago. Further 4 lb rise doesn't look enough to prevent him making it 5 in a row.

Form: 031-111

(6)

Juriste¹⁴

Age: 7| Weight: 9-5| J: Bradley Harris⁽⁵⁾| T: P A Kirby| OR: 70

14/1

Lightly-raced maiden on Flat. Unsuited by drop to 12.5f at Newcastle last time and made a solid start in handicaps when third over 1¾m at Wolverhampton prior to that. 2m could suit.

Form: 8-9638

(2)

Htilominlo¹⁰

Age: 5| Weight: 9-2| J: Christian Howarth⁽⁵⁾| T: S Kirk| OR: 67

25/1

Remains a maiden after 17 Flat runs. 100/1, eleventh of 12 in handicap at Kempton (11f) 10 days ago, unable to sustain effort. Significantly up in trip.

Form: P/6669-0

(5)

Jen's Fella¹⁵

Age: 4| Weight: 8-11| J: Tyler Heard| T: Ian Williams| OR: 65

7/2

Fair maiden. Good second of 12 in handicap at this C&D 15 days ago, just failing after conceding first run. Ought to give another good account.

Form: 6423-72

(4)

Bird For Life^p²⁹

Age: 7| Weight: 8-10| J: Elinor Jones⁽⁵⁾| T: M D I Usher| OR: 61| CD

15/2

C&D winner. Eleven runs since last win in 2020. 22/1, respectable third of 6 over C&D last time.

Form: 845-733

Forecasts

Caribeno (4/5), Jen's Fella (7/2), Bird For Life (15/2), Chocolate Box (17/2), Juriste (14/1), Htilominlo (25/1)

There's almost certainly more to come from CARIBENO and he can defy the handicapper again and make it 5 on the spin. Jen's Fella was possibly a little unlucky not to get up over C&D last time and can give Sir Mark Prescott's charge most to think about.
