2-3 in handicaps hurdles last season, but shaped like a non-stayer tackling a a new trip at Musselburgh (19.8f) in December. Break/breathing operation needs to have a positive effect.
Showed fairly useful form over hurdles at up to 2m for Guillaume Macaire, winning juvenile event at Compiegne in 2019. Opening mark no gimme on that evidence but has joined a top yard. Tongue tied.
Solid second on return at Wetherby prior to going one better at Haydock. Not disgraced back at the latter course next run, but threw in his first subdued effort of the season at Ascot last time.
Turned over at short odds at Newbury but returned to winning ways in authoritative fashion at Wincanton last time, in command from 2 out. Into handicaps now and remains open to improvement.
Good second in handicap hurdle over C&D on return and mostly creditable efforts since, including when fifth of 13 in a jumpers bumper at Newcastle last time.
Produced a better round of jumping when opening account with plenty to spare on Hereford handicap debut (19.7f) last week. This is a stronger race but he's still respected under a penalty.
Capitalised on a career-low mark when returning to winning ways at Musselburgh (26f) in February. Ran poorly back on the level at Newcastle 11 days ago, but still retains scope on old form.
Fairly useful hurdler for Ruth Jefferson, shaping well in 2 good handicaps in 2019. Very encouraging start for new yard after 14 months off/wind op in AW bumper and lots to like back over timber.
Maiden hurdle winner for Gordon Elliott in Ireland, but little to shout about in 3 starts in various company for current yard.

Forecasts
Torn And Frayed (2/1), Mega Yeats (11/4), Flash Collonges (9/2), Sebastopol (13/2), Mayo Star (7/1), Weather Front (12/1), War Lord (14/1), Sail Away (16/1), Taxmeifyoucan (33/1), Battle Of Wills (125/1)
MEGA YEATS looks thrown in on the pick of her form and may even have more to offer after just 5 hurdle starts, so she easily makes the most appeal having warmed up nicely for this with a good run in a jumpers bumper at Kempton last month. Flash Collonges won with authority at Wincanton last time and is an interesting handicap debutant, as is Sail Away for the Skeltons.
