3-time C&D winner in 2019 but yet to hit form in two runs this term after 12 months off. Slipping in the weights so no forlorn hope now.
Modest 2m Flat winner here who has got back on track over hurdles of late, fourth over C&D 25 days ago. Others are better treated here though.
Fair winner of 2m Catterick juvenie in December but turned in poor effort over C&D last time. Bit to prove now going into handicaps.
Opened his account in 2m Cartmel novice in July but has run poorly in handicaps on last two starts, latest over C&D after a second wind op. Has questions to answer at present.
Fair maiden hurdler who arrives on back of below-par seventh at Musselburgh 25 days ago. Needs to bounce back.
Off the mark at Perth on hurdles debut in September but yet to match that form since, ninth in handicap over C&D 25 days ago. Hood back on and more needed.
Fair maiden hurdler who wasn't disgraced on his handicap bow when third over C&D 25 days ago. Not taken lightly off unchanged mark.
Dual purpose mare who finally opened her account in first-time blinkers over C&D in December. Poor efforts there with headgear retained since though so hard to make a case for.
Cartmel chase winner in August who has got back on track over hurdles of late, third in 2m1f handicap at Carlisle 15 days ago. Worth considering.
Modest 1m2f Flat winner who posted best effort over hurdles on only second run for new yard when clear third in 2m4f handicap here. Early faller over C&D since but remains a player off good mark.
Placed twice in handicap hurdles prior to winning 2 jumpers bumpers at Newcastle. Possibly found race coming too soon in hat-trick bid there last time so she can't be discounted back in this sphere.

Forecasts
Set In Stone (4/1), Balranald (9/2), Kings Creek (5/1), Sword Of Fate (6/1), Diamond State (17/2), Totally Rejected (9/1), Three Castles (10/1), Sarvi (16/1), Fisher Green (20/1), Big Jim Dwyer (20/1), Jorgie (28/1)
BALRANALD was an early faller here last time but remains handily weighted for his new yard and is worth another chance in a tightly-knit handicap. Diamond State is sure to make his presence felt having posted a good C&D third on his handicap bow last month, while Set In Stone has been in winning form in jumpers bumpers so needs considering back in this sphere.
