Runner-up in Irish point prior to encouraging third at Newcastle on Rules debut (sent off favourite). Likely has more to offer.

Shaped with encouragement amidst inexperience on debut at Huntingdon and duly improved on that effort when runner-up in a junior bumper here in October. Up in trip.

Forecasts

Thunder Rock (5/2), Bowtogreatness (10/3), Pressure Sensitive (4/1), Earth Star (9/2), The Plimsoll Line (5/1), Peaked Too Soon (5/1), Exmoor Express (11/2), No Word Of A Lie (8/1), Doyens De Ante (66/1), Mr Sociable (150/1)

Verdict

There's depth to this bumper, with EARTH STAR just about the most appealing contender. He ultimately flattened out as though in need of the run at Wincanton on Boxing Day but it was a pleasing start and the fourth that day has won one of these subsequently. Pressure Sensitive will give it a good shot under a penalty, with Exmoor Express also considered.

  1. EARTH STAR (IRE)
  2. PRESSURE SENSITIVE (IRE)
  3. EXMOOR EXPRESS (IRE)
