Progressive staying hurdler in 2017/18. Very lightly raced since but made a successful stable debut over fences at this course last time and could be up to defying a rise.
Irish point winner who surpassed any of his winning hurdle form when making successful start over fences at Perth in August. Has disappointed since, however.
Disappointing for Peter Fahey (mostly over fences) in Ireland this term and doesn't make much appeal starting for a new stable after a break.
Maiden hurdle winner who showed promise on 2 of his 3 starts late last year. However, needs a bit more to defy this mark.
Fair hurdler who was shaping with encouragement before falling on chasing debut. Shaped as if still in form in a jumpers' bumper at Lingfield recently and mark isn't insurmountable.
Yet to win but consistent sort who shaped well when second in 23f handicap chase at Newcastle last time, fading late on after being ridden too aggressively. Interesting back down in trip.
Gained a first victory over obstacles in chase in November. Disappointing over hurdles next time but quickly back to form in a jumpers' bumper since. Respected.
Ex-Irish hurdler who has offered nothing so far for this stable.
Maiden who hasn't made any sort of impression this term and is set to struggle again from out of the weights.

ON A PROMISE quickened up in pleasing fashion when scoring in a small-field C&D handicap on his debut for this stable and, given the winning margin arguably underplayed his superiority, it would be no surprise were he to defy a 5-lb rise. Scottish Accent ranks as the main danger having been runner-up the last twice, while Ruinous shouldn't be dismissed if turned out quickly.
