He Is A Cracker¹²⁵

Age: 5| Weight: 11-3| J: Jonjo O'Neill Jr.| T: G Brown

12/1

€17,000 foal, €9,500 3-y-o, £30,000 4-y-o, Califet gelding. Dam, prolific point winner/maiden hurdler, half-sister to useful hurdler/chaser Baby Mix (stayed 21f). Runner-up sole start in Irish points.

Form: 2

Landen Calling²⁶

Age: 5| Weight: 11-3| J: P J Brennan| T: F O'Brien

15/2

Promising third at Uttoxeter on debut but couldn't build on it at Exeter subsequently. May yet do better but he'll need to if he's to feature in this.

Form: 37

Lebowski⁴⁵

Age: 6| Weight: 11-3| J: R Johnson| T: A Wintle

11/10

Encouraging second in Tipperary bumper for Paul Nolan in June, then filled same spot on debut for this stable over at Huntingdon 45 days ago. Big player.

Form: 22

Liberty Rock⁵⁴

Age: 5| Weight: 11-3| J: James Best| T: Miss J Du Plessis

80/1

Libertarian gelding. Dam, maiden hurdler, 1¼m-1½m winner on Flat.

Form: 4

Prime Pretender⁸⁹

Age: 6| Weight: 11-3| J: Adam Wedge| T: Evan Williams

11/2

£42,000 5-y-o, dam little impact in bumpers/over hurdles. Off mark in Irish points at third attempt in November. Visually impressive there and one to note on hurdling debut.

Form: 3-61

Super Six⁵⁵

Age: 4| Weight: 11-0| J: Jack Savage⁽⁷⁾| T: N & W Twiston-Davies| D

11/2

10/11, won 4-runner bumper at Hereford (16.2f, soft) on debut 55 days ago. Open to progress but this will prove tougher under a penalty.

Form: 1

Grumpy Freya^t1²⁶

Age: 6| Weight: 10-10| J: Bryan Carver⁽³⁾| T: C Honour

8/1

Second in a point back in March and offered something to work on when mid-field at Exeter on debut under Rules. Tongue strap goes on but she needs to improve plenty.

Form: 2-6

Non-Runners

Chanceux⁵⁶

Weight: 11-3| Age: 5

T: A Ralph J: Alex Edwards

Victorias Peak¹

Weight: 10-10| Age: 6

T: Tim Vaughan J: Alan Johns

Forecasts

Lebowski (11/10), Super Six (11/2), Prime Pretender (11/2), Victorias Peak (6/1), Landen Calling (15/2), Grumpy Freya (8/1), Chanceux (8/1), He Is A Cracker (12/1), Come On Josh (22/1), Liberty Rock (80/1)

LEBOWSKI has been runner-up on both starts to date and travelled like the best horse at Huntingdon on his debut for this stable, so he's worth a chance to get off the mark at the third attempt despite the presence of Victorias Peak, who has achieved a similar level of form (but was below par at Wincanton onThursday). Point-winner Prime Pretender is also appealing on his Rules debut.
