Landed gamble at Ludlow (2m, heavy) on handicap hurdle debut a year ago to end last season. Below that mark having struggled this term (including over fences) and drops in class here.

Fairly useful hurdler. Possibly needed the run on his reappearance at Wincanton, but failed to step up on that at Haydock last time, so has something to prove 7 weeks on.
Looks a fragile sort having been off again since November 2019, but won on handicap debut after 8 months off that season so dangerous to rule out on this comeback with his mark having fallen.
From a good jumping family and has finished runner-up on 2 of his 3 starts over hurdles in the mud at around this trip. Type to do better now handicapping.
£40,000 brother to fairly useful hurdler Imperial Leader and off the mark over timber at the first attempt in extended 2m Stratford novice in October 2019. Can improve if all is well.
Capable of useful form over fences but 2 runs this season have been a bust, well held back in this sphere at Taunton last time. In-form conditional now booked.
Low-mileage mare who made a winning return/handicap debut at Fontwell (19.2f) in November. Matched that when third at Hereford (19.6f) since and that is solid form. Can go well again after break.
Bred to be smart and was impressive when winning 2 bumpers last season. Jumping not been polished in 2 runs over hurdles this time around but he remains with potential now handicapping up in trip.
Made an excellent start for this yard last term, first past the post (subsequently demoted) at Taunton in March. Looked hard work on recent return at Exeter but may have needed it. This is tougher.
Has won handicaps in the mud at Ffos Las and Wincanton this season. Not so good off this mark in mares' event at Doncaster last time though, and this is tougher still.

EASY AS THAT will need to jump better but could be on a good mark for his handicap debut now stepped up in trip and is worth backing to pass the test. Straight Swap caught the eye with a strong-travelling display before fading in the Sandown mud over 3m and is interesting. Miss Jeanne Moon and Lamanver Storm are a couple of others to consider in a wide-open heat.
