Ian Williams fields two live contenders here in CARDANO and Autumn War. The latter isn't passed over lightly in his bid to make it three in a row but preference is for Cardano, who went agonisingly close at Newcastle last time, pulling clear of the rest, and remains feasibly treated. Centroid's effort at Chelmsford on debut for new connections was encouraging and he is also shortlisted.
