Right Hand Of God²⁷

Age: 6| Weight: 11-9| J: J E Moore| T: G & J Moore| OR: 107

17/2

Well beaten in pair of bumpers but encouraging signs over hurdles, shaping better than the bare result after 10 months off in a course maiden (20.5f) 27 days ago. Type to do better now handicapping.

Form: 0730-5

State Crown³⁶

Age: 4| Weight: 11-6| J: Adam Wedge| T: Evan Williams| OR: 116

11/4

Fairly useful maiden on Flat and quickly reached a similar level over hurdles, going down only narrowly at Newcastle (good) 36 days ago. Further progress hard to rule out but soft ground an unknown.

Form: 32

Black Abbey⁵⁹

Age: 5| Weight: 11-6| J: Jonjo O'Neill Jr.| T: H Whittington| OR: 104

13/2

Fair Flat winner in France but hasn't gone on from a promising start over hurdles and fared no better for a new trip at Market Rasen last time.

Form: 270-539

Mr Jack⁴¹⁸

Age: 9| Weight: 10-12| J: James Davies| T: Miss Z C Davison| OR: 96WS

11/1

Runner-up twice here during 2018/19 campaign, but offered little in 3 starts last season so has plenty to prove starting out for new yard following a 13-month absence/wind op.

Form: 424/7P0-

Hereia (2/1), State Crown (11/4), Bard Of Brittany (5/1), Black Abbey (13/2), Right Hand Of God (17/2), Mr Jack (11/1), San Pedro De Senam (25/1)

RIGHT HAND OF GOD looks the type to do better now handicapping back down in trip given his style (free goer), so he's put forward as the answer. State Crown is interesting making a quick switch to this company but is unproven on the ground, so Hereia is considered the chief threat.
