Only a few of these make any serious appeal, with FRIMEUR DE LANCRAY getting the nod to gain his first win having done plenty of good late work in a listed event at Haydock 6 weeks ago. This step up in trip looks sure to suit and he can progress. Finisk River was firmly put in his place last time and may have to settle for silver again, with Gold Desert completing the shortlist.
